STYLEUS NEW LLC is a document preparation and consulting company. We help clients - doctors, engineers, researchers, athletes and entrepreneurs - compile, organise, translate and notarise the documents they need for their own cases. All fees below are charged to individual clients under a written service agreement.
Consultations
Short consultation, 30 minutes
Video call about your situation and materials, with a clear picture of what your document package needs.
$59Extended consultation, 60 to 90 minutes
Detailed review of your materials against the requirements of your case and a step by step plan for the documents you still need.

Working session on the documents for your case: what to collect, how to present it and what is missing.

Session with both of our specialists for complex profiles, usually before a client decides on a full support package.
$200Case preparation support
Fixed fee packages, typically $8,000 to $15,000
Long term work on a full document package, usually billed in installments over several months. The exact fee depends on the scope of work and the state of the client's materials. The package covers:
- collecting, organising and translating evidence of professional achievements
- awards, memberships, publications and media coverage, judging, original contribution
- preparing recommendation letters together with the client's recommenders
- assembling the final organised document portfolio
Notary and document services
Notarisation, translations and diploma evaluation
Notary services for personal and business documents, certified translations, and evaluation of transcripts, diplomas and certificates for study and work in the United States. Priced per document.
What we are not. STYLEUS NEW LLC is not a law firm. We do not provide legal representation, we do not complete or submit any government filings on behalf of clients, we do not process government fees, and we do not promise or guarantee any outcome or decision by any government agency. Clients are free to work with an attorney of their choice alongside our services.
Payments and refunds. Consultations are paid in advance through a payment link or at booking. Support packages are billed in installments under a written service agreement, which sets out the refund terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we accept cards and, for larger invoices, ACH bank debit.
